Due to limited stocks and very high demand for our products, your order is not confirmed until we send a notification to your e-mail.

Should the item(s) you order is out of stock, we will reach you through phone, Whatsapp, or e-mail within 2×24 hours (please make sure your contact information is active). You will have the option to cancel the item(s) with full money refund or pre-order the item(s).

Our standard processing time for pre-orders is 6 (six) weeks but it can be less or more depending on the item(s) and our production capacity at that moment.

We will notify you once production is complete and ship the pre-ordered item(s) within 2 (two) business days.

We accept the following tenders: bank transfer (BCA account), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Japan Credit Bureau, Virtual Account, and PayPal.

Payment via bank transfer will be confirmed maximum 1×24 hours after payment.

Payment via other methods will be confirmed instantly.

Available shipping options are:

  • Self pick-up at our showroom
  • Delivery by online transportation (ordered by customer), pick-up at our showroom
  • Logistic partners: TIKI (domestic) *extra IDR 10,000 for insurance & DHL (international)

All items with be wrapped with bubblewrap and safely packed. Gift box and gift wrapping service is available at an extra fee. Should you need additional packaging, please let us know.

Orders are non-cancellable once they are confirmed.

Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately we do not accept returns & exchanges.

We carefully inspect and check all items before delivery. If the item(s) arrives defective, we will either repair or replace it with the same model(s) depending on its condition and cause of defect as determined by us.

In the case of our fault, all associated costs including repair, return and re-delivery shipping will be borne by us.

We are sorry but website orders are not eligible for refunds due to any reason(s).

Please note that we are not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

If you are not based in Indonesia or would like your order shipped to international addresses, please place your order by Whatsapp.

Please note that we do not provide free shipping for any order including both domestic and international. All fees associated with shipping and delivery are to be incurred by customer.

An estimated delivery charge will be quoted at the time of order placement. This charge may be amended at a later date based on the weight, the geographic shipping location of the order, and the chosen logistic company. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination and the chosen logistic service.

Duties and taxes (including value added tax) will be the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot determine the exact amount of these fees in advance, however, an estimate will be provided to the purchaser prior to the time of shipping. The purchaser’s approval is needed to complete shipment.
